5. Even if you fail, keep going: The fans of '21 Days turn Habit' rule often say that if you miss one day in between 21 Days, you will need other 21 days. But I would say you are still a winner. If you exercised for 4 days but could not do it on 5th day, start again from 6th day and continue the same cycle. Exercising 4 out of 5 days is without fail a good habit.

6. Track your progress: Tracking your develop is the most prominent step. This will help you to focus on your goals. Even a small develop will inspire you. Use online tools like 'Days Since Counter' from Google Gadgets. I use 'Joe's Goals' to track my progress.

7. Inspire yourself: realize the truth that you can turn any habit and you can cultivate any habit. If you have an iron will, you could turn a habit overnight. We are all born with weighty power and habit turn does not even need a fraction of the talent we have. Yet changing habits could unlock the true power incommunicable inside you. Read inspirational quotes or articles daily and keep yourself motivated.
